Question:

Factory installed Alpine 6 CD Changer- cd magazine...

Am having a problem with the magazine not ejecting. I hear the motor making the right noise but something is stuck. Don't know or want to fool with this for fear of causing damage. Can Best Buy fix this or if unfixable can they install another cd changer? BMW dealers are clueless. Thank you.
