Factory resore

Question

i have restored my acer 9303 back to factory setting as i needed to remove some programs that was not compatable with vista. I could not get into control panell as it crashed each time (APP CRASH).all went well but for the last 3hrs a thank you screen has been open telling us to visit acer . com but nothing is happenig can u helpmany thanks Mark fisher
