Factory settings. bought a toshiba L40 satellite pro laptop out of paper,it has no recovery disks

bought a toshiba L40 satellite pro laptop out of paper,it has no recovery disks with it.How do i reset back to factory default setting as alot of his files and driver are still on laptop.just want to start fresh ,can anybody help.
