Faded dirty waterline on my swimming pool liner won't come off.?

I used Borderlines adhesive tile borders from www.poolsandwaterfalls.com and it seems to be the answer for the problem, its a peel and stick decorative tile border that I installed and it looks great. does anyone know how to remove it so I can change the pattern to a new one, its been on my pool for about 3 years now and my wife wants a different pattern now.

I would recommend contacting the retailer or the manufacturer to find out what they suggest. Trial and error, or suggestions from the Internet could end up damaging your pool.
