Fafsa Help... Urgent!!!?

I filed my fafsa by the end of march for the fall semester. However, I changed the school that I want to go to. I just added the new school to the fafsa on Aug. 6. Today, I called my college to find out if they got it yet. They said they did not and the payment is due tomorrow, Aug. 14. Then I called the fafsa. They said everything looks fine and now it is up to your college. What should I do? Do I have to pay the amount myself? If I do pay it, will I be able to get the aid later on if the college process it?

Talk to your school. You have up to a particular date after which they ask you to pay, or you drop the classes or they can offer you payment arrangement until your FAFSA comes through.

Talk to the school bursar, and the Finacial Aid office of the school you intend to attend and ask them of the alternatives you have.

it depends....my college delayed my aid because of a s***w up and even though the pay deadline pass, i didn't pay because my aid was delay....it wasn't until the middle of the quarter until my aid finally went through...i live in cali
