Fahy Pine to establish dominance in Coral On TV Maiden Trophy - Heat 2 at Romford
Fahy Pine is unlikely to face any trouble whatsoever in booking her place in second round of the Coral On TV Maiden Trophy, getting started at Romford on Monday, September 10, 2012.
Heat 2 will see the black b***h locking horns with five fast and furious hounds. Their names are: Romeo Scout, Rockchase Jamo, Failte Blathnaid, Pennys Peewee and Rebellious Heart. The 400 metres clash is scheduled to begin at 19:58 GMT.
Fahy Pine returned to Romford on August 24th, when she managed to finish among top-3 in a similar contest. She went through plenty of mess in the beginning, but still kept herself prominent right till the end.
K. Crew’s charge performed even better at Henlow at the end of last month. In a 460 metres race, the daughter of Archaton Pine made a strong finish to grab the runner-up place.
After two decent efforts over different distances, she looks to be in good shape. A repeat of the previous two efforts would definitely see her involved today.
Romeo Scout is another interesting candidate. The black dog made his way back to the top level following a superb win on August 27th. Although P. Young’s hound failed to continue his winning run in this class, he did well to seal the second place.
The draw is not an issue for the son of Bombastic Shiraz, and if he takes an early advantage, he can easily stay best.
Failte Blathnaid could be well suited by the track and trip. However, we are unsure whether she will be able to make full use of this.
Pennys Peewee may find her kennel mate, Failte Blathnaid, a big hindrance. Rockchase Jamo is young hound, who is still learning the ropes. Today’s race does not look to be his cup of tea. Rebellious Heart lacks a look around, and will have to counter early
move. A lazy start will automatically cut down her chances.
Romeo Scout knows how to win a race of this nature. But Fahy Pine is geared up to continue the good work today. We wish the best of luck to all the hounds.
