Failed to initialize because windows is shutting down!?

Question

when i tried to install avg 7.5, a warning pop-up with this message: failed to initialize because windows is shutting down. i tried any solution for this but, it was not useful. I'm an education student and I'm not computer nerd. i can't understand unfamiliar, computer terminologies, so advise me in more specific guidance. please, give me some suggestion to resolve this one.

Where did you get AVG 7.5.  The newest release is 8.0.138.

You usually get that message when you click on something after you have hit the shut down or restart button.You shouldn't be getting it when you are.I'd say the installer is corrupted,download it again,maybe from somewhere else.
