We bought the new Acer yesterday and then installed out sprint smartview, afterwards you are prompted to restart before beginning the application. When we tried that, the cp will not restart. What could the problem be. By the way, we bought the display model, could that have anything to do with it?
Acer Aspire 5735Z -install Sprint Seirra compass 597U
on reboot- VIsta SP1- windows splash screen, goes dard, goes darker and never finishes boot-
was version 1.11 of 597U- seb site says to download the latest version (1.18 this is fixex- Acer and one other machine)- latest download was 1.20- said to run this BEFORE attaching the 587U and to contact mfg if have already installed 1.11 or 1.12- mentioned that a external mouse and keyborad may work- in safe mode usb keyuboard and usb mouse work- tried to uninstall but said windows uninstaller unavailable. Anyone have any ideas?
