Faint positive line yesterday took another today negative??

Question

hey all - i took a pregnancy test yesterday just an enxpensive one from target - i got a faint faint line but there is definately a line. (keep in mine i tested 4 days early yesterday) this morning i took the other cheapy test being 3 days early and it came out negative. am i pregnant or am i just getting my hopes up???

There is a huge chance that you are pregnant since you got a faint positive line. My suggestion to you would be to wait until your missed period and test again. Most test now say that they can tell "x amount" of days before your missed period but it's best to wait. Good luck! Tell us what it read in 4 days

you could get a blood pregnancy test that would be the most accurate way 2 find out...gl and baby dust 2 u!!

Pregnancy testing too early leads to false results. You can pregnancy test 7 days after a missed period. In the meantime you can look for pregnancy signs from your body. Best wishes, G

hi there could be several factors causing this, on the first test it could've been an evaporation line,it could've been a true positive if it was first morning urine,etc.,then with the cheapie maybe your urine was diluted too much before you took it, or i hate to say this but it could've been a chemical pregnancy where you fooled your body into thinking it was pregnant. there is so much stuff that can give you different answers. i suggest you just wait until you miss your period and then test, that gives you a greater chance of it being positive, and good luck!
