On paper it looks like the Spurs are being robbed here, but a close source at the Spurs org says they have beeen looking for Duncan's successor and were probably looking to draft one of the Lopez bros in the draft anyway...Celtics get one of the best 6th men in the league for an aging star and Phx looks forward to a title shot with Daequaen Cook on court.

no way duncan and pierce would get traded..and it doesnt really help much with the heat cause it takes away der depth and bench players..

This is a good trade for the Suns and Heat, though the Heat don't really need Timmy because they already have Marion.

The second trade is really good for the Nets because they lose an old, worn out veteran and gets a rookie of the year who can post 20 points a game.
