Fair Value, hard to dismiss in Totepool Mobile Text "Tote" To 89660 Handicap at Epsom
Epsom’s surface is not of Fair Value’s choice, but still her chances of claiming a good share of the prize money are hard to dismiss. Simon Dow’s charge was an easy winner on her previous visit last month, when she produced a huge upset in the Try totequickpick
If You're Feeling Lucky Handicap.
Despite the fact that the 4-year-old was not impressive on her last start at Goodwood, one can expect her to put things back in order, and represent a fine show in the Totepool Mobile Text "Tote" To 89660 Handicap, to be held on Monday, August 27, 2012.
There will be a dozen quality runners competing for a handsome cash prize worth £11,205. The class 2 meeting is going to be held over five furlongs, and will be started off at 15:05 GMT.
Fair Value returned to winning ways after a few unlucky rides. The audience at Epsom saw her defeating Ryan Style by 1¾ lengths at the end of last month. After such an excellent victory, the daughter of Compton Place suddenly lost her direction, and finished
sixth behind Johannes earlier this month. Owned by Don & Val Churston, the bay filly has a good record at this venue, and can be preferred today.
Out of others, Lady Gibraltar has the guts to do something special. The 3-year-old is brimming with confidence after a couple of fantastic triumphs. After proving too good for her opponents here last month, the Alan Jarvis-trained continued the good work
to do an equally good job at Goodwood at the start of this month.
There is certainly an element of doubt whether Fathom Five will be able to do the trick here. Yet, one needs not to overlook his chances. Long Awaited is also a very interesting runner, but cannot be trusted blindly.
The stats suggest that the real clash will be between Lady Gibraltar and Fair Value. It is going to be a thrilling contest, as both fillies are in good rhythm these days. Lady Gibraltar is on a roll this summer, but the latter can be preferred following
her tremendous July victory. Good luck to all the runners.
