Fair Value seeking her seasonal debut win in the Bluefin Handicap at Sandown
The leading 9 to 2 entry for the Class 4 Bluefin Handicap is the four-year-old bay filly, Fair Value. The fiercest rival for her over the distance of five furlongs and six yards will be, Oldjoesaid. Competing alongside the two will be twelve other three-year
and above entries at Sandown on Friday, 6th July.
Compton Place’s daughter has made three racing trips ever since the dawn of the 2012 season. She has been winless through the three chances, and her only best result was in the most recent outing.

The ranking of the Irish bay filly deteriorated in the second try of the season on 28th May, 2012 at Windsor over six furlongs. She ended seventh in the Skybet.Com Handicap which was won by the favourite entry, Cape Classic.

Last time that the four-year-old won was in the 32 For Bingo Handicap on 19th September, 2011 at Kempton over six furlongs. It was a very dear and close win because her dominance started to fade when closing home, and she ended winning by a neck’s
margin.
The bay filly out of mare, Intriguing Glimpse, will take flight from the sixth stall, and will be paired up with jockey, Seb Sanders. She will need to look out for Oldjoesaid as he might engineer for his second seasonal success through the race today.
