Fair or not fair?

I have recently heard that the airlines are considering charging people based on weigt...apparently the more weight the more fuel it takes so that is the justification. Passanger weight and luggage weight would be cosiderations...Do you think this is an appropriate measure for them to take?....

Fair or not, I don't think it will happen because of the PR outcry they'd get...
