Question:

Fair trade??????

Pretty much standard 5x5 scoring

Team A gets: Marcum, Putz, and Polanco

Team B gets: Yunel Escobar and Atkins

Team B needs a closer and Team A needs a SS

I think it's fair, plus it satisfies both teams' needs.

Is it fair? Why or why not?

  1. I think it is definitely Fair, Escobar is a decent ss and MArcum and Putz are not that great, but polanco is a tough call to give up

  2. You mean B needs a SS and A needs a Closer?

I like what A gets more. Polanco is probably going to have a good June. He tends to start off slow and get better as the season goes. Putz isnt much of a closer right now so its not an immidiate fix. He may end up back on the DL. Marcum is great. Not much more to him. Yunel and Atkins is nice too. Considering that Atkins is on the Rockies for now, that doesnt provide many RBI and Yunel provides a solid average. Unfortunately thats pretty much all he provides. Really isnt bad either way. Just depends on how well you believe the players will preform for now until the end of the season.

  3. 1. no because the players are equal and team A i think, has an advantage.

    2. You can't give 11 points

    3. It depends who they get as a closer and a ss

  4. I think the team getting putz and marcum might be at a slight advantage but if those are the needs then the trade sounds reasonable enough.

  5. I think that's a fair trade.  That's a good trade!  I think it is great.

  6. yea

  7. no
