If you have Windows Vista and your computer has been automatically updating properly, then it's most likely that you have Windows Media DRM file version 11.0.6000.6324 and the latest fix supports everything UP to that but NOT including that version. I got stuck on the same boat, and all other DRM removers just pale in comparison to FairUse ... they're just so d**n slow!
