Faire Toyota Matrix price?

Hi, I live in Quebec and i'm buying a 2009 Matrix XR. The dealer gives me 1500$ for my old 2000 Echo (265000Km), 655$ in accesories and with a price of 439$ a month, at buying over 5 years. What do you think about that?

The matrix are so d**n ugly, get a Yaris sedan with the body kit.
