How long does it take for a piece of white paper till it turns yellow assuming it is in standard conditions (temp 73 moderate amounts of sunlight etc)

It is hard to answer this one exactly. There too are many factors to answer this scientifically. Factors include the size of the piece of paper, the type of paper (wood or cloth) or rice paper.
