Fairy Tale Quotes?

I was wondering if anyone knew of ,or could make up, any quotes about fairy tales, once upon a time, etc. relating to life. Like " Every mans life is a fairy tale written by Gods fingers" or, "Once upon a time, is easy, its the 'Happily Ever After' we struggle with." ( Im doing a painting of an open story book on a desk with a feather pen and an ink pot and ivory around the edges of the painting. i dont know if you can picture that but i need a quote to write on the pages. The scene is real fairy tale-ish so....)

Fairy tales dont teach children that dragons exist. Children already know dragons exist. Fairy tales teach children dragons can be slayed... ^_^
