Fake Currency??

I always pondered this question if you obtained a fake bill and didnt know and you tried to use it and got caught are you liable??

No you are not but the money will be confiscated and you will not be reimbursed.

In a criminal sense? The police can probably tell if you meant to use a fake bill, if your wallet has anymore of it in there. I doubt there would be criminal charges.

However, it is your responsibility for the fake bills, so you end up losing the money that turned out to be fake.
