Fake ID: better to have in-state or out-of-state one if the out-of-state one blacklights better? ?

Question

in-state one doesn't blacklight perfectly, out-of-state one is nearly perfect. will be going to school in a different state than the ones already mentioned anyways, so state doesn't really matter there. but when coming home, wouldn't it be better to have in-state one because that looks less suspicious?

if you're going to lecture about fake id's, don't do it here. its not going to stop my friends or me. i want to hear legitimate opinions to win an argument.

I would only use a fake id with  someone elses picture from another state ONLY if it looks real close to you, if you live in a fabulous city like me no one even asks for ids even at the hottest clubs.
