Please tell me which one is the best to go for? I need one for when I go to on vacation. Please tell me which one:

International Driving Permit

European Driving Permit

Are you sure you want to go to prison in a foreign country?  You don't have the same rights that you have in America!  Ever watch Locked Up Abroad?

Do you have a valid license?  That would be your best identification.  If not, your passport would be next in line.
