  1. try using SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to remove this.

  2. 1. Download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware (mbam-setup.exe) and save it on your Desktop.

    2. After downloading, double-click on mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

    3. Follow the prompts and install as “default” only

    4. Before the installation completes, check on the following prompts:

    - Update Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware

    - Launch Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware

    5. Click “Finish.” Program will run automatically and you will be prompt to update the program before doing a scan. Please update.

    6. Scan your computer thoroughly.

    7. When scanning is finished click on the “Show Results”

    8. Make sure that all detected threats are marked, click on Remove Selected.

    9. Restart your computer.

    Download Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware here: http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Ant...

  3. You have been infected with a nasty malware, your security soft has failed to do it's job.

First do an online scan and clean with http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html AND http://www.ewido.net/en/onlinescan/

Now it's time to replace that miserable insecurity software that you use; download the installers for

    antivirus - http://www.avast.com/

    antispyware - http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/detai...

    ................. - http://www.safer-networking.org/en/downl...

    firewall - http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/

They are all the best in their category and FREE.

Unplug the internet line, uninstall the junk and install these (if

necessary in safe mode) one by one with each necessary reboot done.

Reconnect the line and update them (Spybot has it manual).

    That's all.

  4. It's probably a virus itself. If you don't have antivirus then download AVG. It's free and legit I promise http://free.avg.com/

It also might be spyware in which case I would go with Spy bot Search and destory http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.h...

Also free and legit. Do searches with both of those and see what comes up!

  5. most probably its virus better don't download it. use onecare

    http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/cente...

  6. run ccleaner (run the cleaner and registry menus)

  7. free-viruscan.com is a browser hijacker that disguises as a legitimate Windows warning message and redirects user to a Windows Explorer cloned website. It will then prompt user to download protection software.

    Use Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware to remove.

This is completely free and can be seen below

    Where it can be downloaded.
