Fake eyelashes....

Question

Just curious, I noticed most people don't wear fake eyelashes, is it because people think it makes it look like they're trying too hard? Or just because of the hassle?

I LOVE Fake lashes.

True they're more of a hassle to put on,

but they leave a better definite eye than mascara.

I usually have a hard time cleaning mascara off,

so I wear false lashes that are thick!

Just the hassle, i can't put them on to save my life but some people have been doing it since they were teens.

I think that people only wear them at special events. My mom wore some on her wedding and she looked pretty. It's just people would rather stick to mascara then looking like its Halloween.

I think that a lot of people just don't want to go through the hassle of putting them on. It takes a lot of time and patience to put the adhesive on just right and then add the lashes.

its a hassle..i wear them to school sometimes..most to drama club ..but idk its takes like 10 minutes to put it on

I think most women wear false eyelashes on occasions where they want to stand out.

I wouldn't wear them on like a normal day at work or anything but they're fun for a night out. It probably has more to do with it being too much of a hassle than it does trying too hard.
