Each to their own but I think if you want to do that to your grandmother, that's sick! I'm all for positive humour but I don't see what's funny in making people think they've won when it's just a joke. Maybe I need a sense of humour by-pass but they're not for me and I seriously hope your grandmother lives and doesn't have a heart attack before she gets to maybe 'see' the joke! :(
