why are deleted sites,still being shown as links?

  1. Where are these links to deleted sites?

    Are they in the Links section of a Yahoo Group?  If so, each link stays there permanently until the Group owner/moderator or the person who posted the link deletes it.

    Or are they on some web site outside Yahoo Groups?  If so, each link stays there permanently until the owner/creator of the web site updates the web site.
