Faking an injury for a bet?

I need help faking an injury to win a bet. The only thing is, it must "pass" an inspection of an athletic trainer.

Any suggestions?

You shouldn't fake it. because you won't "pass" it. instead you could break it. =Þ but that wouldn't be fun so i wouldn't do that but your choice. or maybe you could cut whatever your trying to injure because that is an injury.
