Falcao has stressed the importance of going to the Santiago Bernabeu and coming away with all the three points on Saturday night.

"Players always go out on the pitch with the intention to win. I will never settle for a draw in advance. I can be satisfied with a point depending on how the match goes, but we are always aiming for victory once we get out there."
Looking back on his previous experience in derby encounters, the Colombian said the experiences in these kinds of encounters are always special. He added that he and his teammates will just focus on coming back victorious.
"I have played a lot of derbies and the atmosphere in these games is always special, but players are always focused on winning without thinking about the circumstances.”
Moreover, the former Porto man has remarked on the strength Atletico Madrid have shown in this season. He knows his side has the upper-hand this time around but believes this fact alone will not influence the outcome of the match.
"We are very strong as a team and are looking forward to taking on our rivals. We all know the situation both clubs find themselves in, but that will not influence the derby.”
At the moment, Falcao is the top-scorer of Atletico. He has so far netted 11 goals for the Rojiblancos in the Primera Division.
