Currently he is not on the suspect list and  at his status he might get away with it just like kobe got out of the rape charges, true or not true, and oj slipped through the murder charges true or not true. Vick will slip through the cracks as all celebs do, and if not the Falcons are screwed because they dumped on matt schaub who is ten times the passer Vick will ever be

Michael Vick does not play in the CFL!  He will not be charged in Canada!

ESPN reported that Vick is not likely to be indicted from sources in the NFL and Atlanta Falcons since there is not enough evidence to prove that Vick was envolved with dog fighting.

Also since his cousin took responsibility for everything, it is even harder for Vick to get indicted.

not likely, Michael is a great athlete which will help is case. Hints the O.J Simpson, Kobe Bryant etc. cases. Athletes usally get off of charges however I am a fan of Vick. He is a great player and if he did gamble then he made a HUGE mistake. However they really have no proof that Vick ever gambled or had a dog of his own in a fight. all the have is that it was on his property

Easy! He would not be Indited, cuz his cousin is going to be indited and two other people. It is very Unlikley he would not be Indited because he is an indispensible player.
