Fall Out Boy's New Album?

So apparently they have another album coming out on November 4. Is it a follow up album to Infinity on High or is it an EP with new tracks released on it? Just wondering cause I remember reading a quote by Pete saying they had material to release but probably wouldn't record any of it soon. Basically because of how their lives were going through changes and they didn't have time (Pete becoming a dad DUH). Also how can I get the Citizens Under the New Administration Mixtape? I know there are a TON of good tracks but I can't find anywhere how you get the code to download it.

they are releasing a new album.. its called "Folie a Deux" which is french for "the shared madness of two".

its not a follow up to infinity on high nor an ep.. its a whole new album.

its released on november 4th (election day). they are using citizens for our betterment (citizensFOB) as a marketing campaign promoting many other bands on the decaydance label.

you can get the citizensFOB mixtape off fall out boys friends or enemies site for free.
