Fall Sport?

I have a deep passion for basketball..in the fall i want to stay in shape and play a sport..should i play soccer or football..Any thoughts??

  1. either one will keep you in shape, however a little self-motivation and spending time in the gym shooting and dribbling will help you even more for the up-coming season

  3. football or soccer will keep you in good shape. Cross country will also keep you in good shape for basketball. A passionate motivation to keep in shape and not go rusty for basketball will do as much good as joining another sport. Keep on with your deep passion for basketball!
