GIVEN: Adam and Eve ate a fruit in their garden, that had the effect of mind alteration (good and evil thoughts made possible) and the physiological effects of sweetness, euphoria, followed by shame and guilt; it is safe to assume the forbidden fruit was some type of drug. When Adam and Eve quit taking the drug (number of doses prior to divine discovery is at least 1) and were sent out of the environment of the garden, their bodies became subject to the environment outside the garden. Which leads to the question, if viewed from the standpoint of a person in withdrawal, is mortality (the concept and mechanism) simply a symptom of Delirium Tremens (a sudden cessation of a drug)?
