  1. well with the second person, wow really. now to you. well i have had them while on the cusp of unconsciensness, so i'm falling but i'm not scared(weird) but then right as i'm about to hit my back convulses up then goes back down waking me.  I've, on ocation   was fully aware that i was in a falling dream but couldn't do anything about it tell i woke up annoyed that i move so violently. so yeah but the whole heart stopping thing if thats true, what does, or could a dream really do to us, if you die in a dream, could you die in real life.

  2. weird

  3. This is usually the spirit returning to the body after its travels in our body's sleep time. Sometimes it returns a bit to quick or we get semi awoken which literally makes us jump.

  4. Oh, I hate those!  Your dreams manifest in the real world because your mind thinks your body is actually experiencing this.  The sudden jolt of your body wakes you, and it feels as though your heart has just stopped beating.

    A word of caution...

it is best to wake yourself up when falling in a dream. Several years back, I learned that if you ever hit the ground in the dream, your heart will just stop and you will die.  Whether by heart attack or cardiac arrest, I do not know.

I would rather not try it to find out, but considering how my body jolts and wakes me up, I can't doubt the validity of this.

It was from a scientific source back then, but I've not done any further research on the subject.
