Falling/flying dreams?

Question

i keep having dreams either im flying above in the sky looking down at the town and then all of a sudden i start falling and falling until i hit the ground and then i die.

then i wake up from my dream.

its re-occuring almost 3 times a week.

what does this meannn???

falling is an indication of insecurities, instabilities, and anxieties. You are feeling overwhelmed and out of control in some situation in your waking life.

I don't know but I had thousands of these dreams when I was a child.  My last flying dream was the best!  I could fly really fast and turn in the blink of an eye.  I also flew into outer space and then straight back down to the ground again at lightening speed and stopped about an inch from the ground.  Maybe this means I'm in control (or not as dreams are supposed to be the complete opposite of your real life!).
