  3. first of all your body bouncing is your body  jumping (if you don't believe me get a camra and tape your self) Your nerves cause you to feel like your falling. Your dream is your mind and you mind contols the boby and you feel like your falling

  4. Everyone does this!   IT is just Cronobolia MuscleParanoia!          It is super normal! There are some perscrition Medicines for this, but they are only prescribed if it keeps you from sleeping at night!

  5. Sometimes I get something a bit similar. I reckon its when something happens in a dream that makes you jump, move, or react, and you physically jump in your sleep. So it feels like you just landed.

    Hope this helps.

  6. it either means you're falling in love, you need to let something go, or you need to trust. try to apply the one that fits whatever you're going through right now.

  7. On a Spiritual basis, your soul leaves the body at night when you sleep and the falling feeling is when your soul is falling back into the physical body.

  8. Some experts speculate that the feeling of falling occurs because the conscious part of your mind isn't receiving any physical sensations from your body, and your brain interprets this as falling.

I have this all the time.

It's when your juuuuuust starting to fall asleep, and sometimes you wake up suddenly with a jerk.

One time, it was me riding a Bicycle that was for some strange reason about 20 feet tall... and it tipped over.

    =S

  9. Everyone has them I think. I've dreamed I was falling and woke up right before I actually fell off. It is real actually. Your reflexes can tell when you are falling. If you move a certain way or something in your sleep it will cause you to think you are falling; that is probably what caused it.

    Hope I helped ;) .

  10. I don't now...

  11. Yay... your body is just telling you that your mucles are sooo relaxed that it's like your falling....
