Question:

False Advertising? -- Gas Prices?

Where can I report a gas station that advertises $3.39 / gallon (cash) but the pump reads $3.49/ gallon (and yes, I paid cash). I used the correct type of gas (87 octane) that was advertised.

Isn't this false advertising?

  1. I work at a gas station and can tell you this, this probally happened during a price change. In this case the person working there shoud have changed the sign first to avaid people like you from getting upset. But stop your whinning you saw the price on the pump and you knew how much you were paying and you decided to pay that.

  2. Well do you have any proof the sign said 3.39 a gallon if so you might have a case if not you probably don't
