False with my visa application form!?

I have applied for a vise for entering U.K, now there's a new system which allows u to submit ur application online, after submitting I discovered a false in it, so how can solve this any one has faced the same problem?

If you're applying for a Saudi visa, all you have to do is to fill-up another application form online, might be true to U.K. also, just try, you can lose nothing.
