Okay, so my ex who is 17 years old made out with a girl he thought was older; but was actually 13. ANYWAYS, she told her parents they had s*x. Which isn't true. And her parents are freaking out and blaming him for rape. What could happen ?

Here are the facts:

1) His mother was at the house and checked on them several times while she was there.

2) The girl claims that she wasn't a virgin to him. But told her parents she lost her virginity to him.

3) Her older sister will back her up, but she wasn't even there.

4) Her mom wants to press charges for statutory rape.

If he wants to get out of this, what's the best / easiest way ?

  1. He should get a doctor to check her. Once they discover she's a virgin, he'll be proved innocent. Or they will find there is no DNA/skin cells from him inside/near her v****a.

Also, if she's lying she will slip up somehow.

I hope he gets proved innocent, that's such a horrible thing for the girl to lie about. She should be the one locked up.

  2. Well it doesn't look good the only way I can see him getting out of this is doing a lie detector test. those tests are 99.9% accurate.

  3. for one the gurl parents have a lack of evidence and thats really the court needs to hear because its his word against hers.

  4. He needs to go to her parents and tell the truth.

    That he didn't do it.

And I think that the doctors can tell him he had s*x with her.

He's lucky if she didn't already lose her virginity cuz that'll prove that she never had s*x > so she never had s*x with him

    wish u luck!

  5. it cants be stauatory rape cuz hes not 18

  6. Just being completely honest. Not much he can do. :/ Sorry and I hope he makes it.

  7. There's no evidence.  He's fine.

  8. Technically, it's not rape because he's still considered a minor until the age of 18. If she falsified her age to him and he found out after the alleged "rape" then she's in the wrong. If she's lying, the police can do something about it, I'm not sure. If they find no evidence and there is more people saying she wasn't raped than was, then they'll dismiss the case. The best way for him to get out of it is explain what really happened and point out his age. Also, he can explain that she was willing to make out and he didn't force her. There really is no way to avoid this unless they believe him and don't press charges.  Hope this helps.

  9. She definitely doesn't have enough proof. You have to have evidence to prosecute someone.

I hope it turns out okay!

  10. It's her word against his. If he didn't have s*x with her, and they can't prove he did, then he should be fine.

Also the best way would have never to gotten in to the situation. Next time he needs to check age, even if he needs proof of it some how. Little girls like to lie and make up stories some times, so he should just avoid them.
