My grandfather is old and only remembers so much about his famiily tree and i really want to trace it back more.

On his mothers side Jean Webter (Nov 10 1906 in Glasgow Scotland and died Jan 1982 in Philadelphia) She married Anthony Timlin (Mar 7 1903 Philadelphia and died Jul 1979 in Philadelphia) My grandfather can only remember her mother.

  1. This might take a little time to piece together, but here's a starting point.

    In the 1930 census of Philadelphia, Jean and Andrew were married and had 2 kids...Andrew Jr and James. Her mother, Jean Webster and sister Ethel (age 30 at the time) were living with them. Jean, her mother and sister came to the US in 1920. While Jean was born in Scotland, her father was born in England and mother was born in Northern Ireland. Andrew and Jean were married when he was 21 and she was 18, which puts it ca 1925.

    I'll keep looking for their immigration paperwork and marriage info.
