Family Vacation Emergency: I need a place?

I need to find some kind of resort in the poconos. Or somewhere near new york city. upstate, jersey, pennsylvania, anywhere.A family vacation type place with activities and fun things. For five people, with a low price..even if its like a timeshare or something...under 200. there are but i cant find. thank you id appreciate it!

When we were young we always took a family trip to Action Park in Vernon NJ.  Off of state hwy 94.  It is now called Mountain Creek but it is still in the same location.  For the summer it is a water park and in the winter it becomes a ski resort.  It is great no matter what time of the year you decide to go.  They have accomadations also.
