Family balancing? Has anyone travelled to USA for IVF PGD?

Question

We have 1 boy (9mths) & 20wks pg and just found out is a boy. I am happy that he is healthy but crushed that my dreams of having a little girl are fading. Has anyone had IVF PGD in USA or Thailand? If so, where, how many tries and about how much did it cost?

There are cheaper ways of doing it with sperm sorting.  You then only have to do an IUI (intra-uterine insemination) instead of IVF.

Me and my husband was about to do IVF (USA) and it was going to cost us about 10 thousand...
