Family crest???

Question

Well, its not for my "family", I'm making a coat of arms for my organization. The motto is: "Spes est refero , tamen in Atrum Astrum nos animadverto nostrum via sicco." and it is almost done. I need clipart though. The colors are red and black, and the theme is darkness and hope. darkness doesn't mean evil though. I need help fast.
