Family crest tattoo?

I want to get a tattoo of my family crest, but I'm having trouble finding it. My last name is DeSimone, if you can help me and show me the link that would be awesome! Thanks

Family crests are a pain to find if you don't already know where to go (I don't...). One thing to remember is that not every family name has an official crest, and there's no way to tell that the ones you find are true to your name (especially if you find them on the internet!).

My advice to you would be to create your own family crest- who says you can't? Think of what you want to represent and draw it up yourself or, if you're lacking in the drawing department, talk to a tattoo artist once you've come up with some ideas. It'd be just as if not much more meaningful if you designed it yourself, and this way you can start a new tradition for your family =)
