Family guy episode name request?

Well, last time I watched a really funny episode of it. I really want to know the name of it so I can watch it again, but forgot.

But for the really good knowing fans there was this one part when Louis and Stewie went to the grocery store and he was in the cart. And it showed a clip of a mom with a baby in the cart, and this child kidnapper guy comes up to him trying to take him, and him and the mom talk like "ohhh ill get him next time though"

then the mom goes "i bet you will! =)"

is that the one where Lois starts stealing everything?

if so then it's 'breaking out is hard to do'
