Family guy quote origin: Gattaca?

I'm wondering, in the family guy episode with the huge mega-mart, there's a point where Peter stages a protest, and starts shouting "We're here, we're q***r, get used to it! Gattaca! Gattaca!"

I'm confused, I'm unfamiliar with Gattaca, except with the film, which doesn't really seem related. Anyone know where that was from?

  1. It comes from the movie Dog Day Afternoon where the character played by Al Pacino starts chanting "Attica, Attica!", in reference to the Attica Prison riots in the early 70's, to get people in a tizzy.  Peter as usual got confused and replaced Attica with Gattaca.

  2. it's a play on a Attica, Attica chant -- probably too young to know
