Family holiday?

Me and my partner are looking to go on holiday in september/october. We have a one year old child so would like something toddler friendly. We would like somewhere warm but not too pricey... Between £300 and £500. We live in the UK and are thinking of France, Italy or Spain. We would ideally like to travel by ferry from Devon or as close as possible. Any Ideas??
