Family thinks im a bi-sexual?

Question

so im over 18, im still a virgin and never kissed a guy..

my family seem to think because of this i must be a L*****n or bi-sexual.. "its not normal for a girl to never kiss a dude by the time she is 18"

its hard to ignore this and is getting on my nerves..

what should i do?

ok tell them im over 18 and if i have never kissed a guy thats my problem and not yours! ask them why are they so affected? its your life isnt it? maybe youre not ready yet...whatever dont rush things , when you rush things they wont work or be fulfilling.

And so what if they think youer a L*****n, tease them tell them : oh yes im into girls big time then laugh hysterically

if your family really hate L*****n people and stuff, go kiss a girl. other wise get a boyfriend.

Same there here Alex! I told my mom I don't think I'll get married or have kids and she keeps mocking that I could possibly be a L*****n.

Prove to them that you can get a boyfriend.

Or tell them you're waiting for the right one.

Have you always been honest and forthcoming with your family?  If so, remind them of that and tell them it is unfair of them to accuse you of being dishonest when you have never given them a reason to do so.  Let them know that you have not kept secrets from them in the past and that you are comfortable enough with your relationship with them to tell them when and if something changes.  Until then, you get to decide when you are ready for your fist kiss.

That's unfortunate that they're behaving that way. I never had a boyfriend until I was 19. Love works on different levels for everyone. If you really want them to stop, and if talking to them isn't working, maybe invent a crush so the accusations stop.

ok this is actually serious, but it might not seem like it at first.

Start kissing the guys. Explore more intimate relationship possibilities, or you will be afraid of them for the rest of your life. Some girls kiss everybody they know all the time - kiss hello, kiss goodbye, kiss thank you, kiss for love, kiss of happiness, etc.

Girls kiss, it's what we do! I know, you shouldn't have to prove that you are hetero, but that's not the point. If you are not kissing for some reason, you need to get past it, or it will color your life sad and lonely.
