Family visa for saudi arabia.?

Question

I am in saudiarabia and I have got family visa in a yellow paper for bringing my family from India. The visa paper contains details of my family members like wife--1,son---1,daughter--1 and Nationality-Indian. But name of them were not mentioned. Only my name is written on the top as it apprears in my passport / Iqama.

When it was presented at the Saudi consulate of mumbai for stamping in the passports by my agent , the agent tells the visa was rejected / returned saying the name does not match.

I could not understand what is the real problem as there no name mentioned in the visa, so what should i do next? Pls. Advice.

i have lived i ksa(riyadh)since 2007 nov,i want bring my family but my iqama profession is control board electrical technician in arabic like written kaharbai lohaat moraqba tahakkom.my basic salary is 3032SR,house allowance 758SR,Transportation allowance 303SR.when i have submet all paper to concern department,they have to refused me i asked him why then he tell me your iqama profession should be electrical engineer then i have issue,so what is your policy given to family visa.please give me answer as soon as possible

Dear, While submit the application here in saudi, you may have wrote the name incorrectly.  So please visit the isdegdam to update the name.

hi my iqamah is fani antaj (production technician) before my family was here with me that time  i had iqama as fani hadisa mechanic(technician mechanic) please advise me wether i can get my family to saudi arabia by the existing profession & what are the requirement to be completed
