Famous Diving Basebally Catch?

I am not a baseball nut, so I am hoping for some help. Some time ago, 80's or 90's perhaps, a MN Cub had a photo taken as he was flying through the air for a ball. Can anyone tell me who this was? I'll know the name if I see it. My father-in-law wants the poster (of course he knows the name) but I forgot. Thanks

What is a MN Cub?  Minnesota Cub?

Where is the detail like was he black, hispanic, white?  Number on his back, uniform detail?

Was he fielding or running the bases?
