Famous Trees?? Where?

There is an amazing tree atop Pikes Peak in Colorado that is thousands of years old and grows above the tree line. There are no other trees like it anywhere near it. I also love the Bodhi tree (India), the treaty Oak (Austin, TX) and the Survivor tree in Oklahoma City. I'm intrigued. What cool trees do you know about?

  1. In Taiwan, there's this awesome park full of amazing trees.  Some are just unbelievably tall or old.  One that stood out was a three generation tree.  This tree first grew a loooong time ago.  It died, and it's "child" sprouted right on it!  Even more amazing, when the second tree died, the "grandchild" of the first tree grew on the second one!

I found three generations on one tree really awesome.
