  1. Well, the observations of the transit of mercury that demonstrated that Einstein's effect of gravity on light are pretty good.  The adjustments needed for atomic clocks in orbit around earth under constant acceleration are a practical proof.   The relativistic design requirements of particles accelerated in cyclotrons, etc., (they get heavier, thus power needs are different than if they did not).

  2. The hydrogen bomb may not be looked upon as an experiment, but it is sure is proof of E=MC2. The experiment carried out during a total eclipse of the sun that detected a star as being obsevable from Earth, althought it was known to be behind the sun, proves the Gereal Theory, mass causes space to warp.

  3. of course there are...the net mass of reacting materials before a nuclear reaction is found to be greater than that of the net products of reacted materials at the completion of reaction...where did the extra bit of mass that was present before the explosion/reaction go?...where??...the answer is energy!! hence E=mc^2...where m is the 'lost' mass and E is is the energy tangible either as a big bomb explosion or heat that vapourises steam in a steam generation(electricity generation) depending on the circumstance

  4. In physics one may not prove any observable phenomena but rather develop laws and theories that very accuratly describes and predict future phenomena. It is therefore impossible to answer your question.

The physicist strives to explain nature by mathematical models that agree with both existing and future experimentation. One may not provide "incontrovertible" evidence proving any physical theory.

If you want information that do not object to the tenents of Relativity than research the Michael-Morley Experiment or the experimental comparisons with atomic clocks on aircraft.
